Warminster man denies racial abuse

A WARMINSTER man has denied racially abusing a shop owner he was attempting to collect rent from in the town.
Michael Turner, 60, of Elliot Farm, Friggle Street, is accused of racially abusing Arun Malik at Newsmarket in Boreham Fields on September 24 last year.
At North West Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court on Monday, Turner pleaded not guilty to a count of racially aggravated intentional harrassment. He will return to the court on March 29 for trial.
